'Most massive' Russian attack on Kyiv kills at least 20

According to the BBC, Russia has conducted what appears to be its most extensive drone and missile assault on Kyiv this morning, killing at least twenty people. The Ukrainian capital's mayor has declared a day of mourning in response to the attack.
