The peace process between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo faces fresh pressure as the United States imposes new sanctions linked to mineral trafficking in areas controlled by M23 rebels. Rwanda's Foreign Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe tells RFI that his country is being unfairly blamed, arguing instead that the Congolese government has failed to meet its own commitments under the US-brokered peace agreement.
