Ukraine will retaliate for Russian attack on Kyiv: Zelensky

Russia struck Kyiv on Thursday, killing at least twenty-one people and wounding dozens, according to France 24. Apartment buildings were partially destroyed in the attack. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the damage and vowed retaliation, saying the strikes would not go unanswered.
