More than 400 dead in DR Congo's spreading Ebola outbreak

The Ebola outbreak spreading across the Democratic Republic of Congo has claimed more than four hundred lives, according to Channel NewsAsia. President Félix Tshisekedi warned that epidemics do not respect borders, as health officials race to contain the virus before it crosses into neighboring countries.
