Ukraine proves it can hit Russia almost anywhere

Meanwhile, Ukrainian cities face continued bombardment—overnight Russian strikes on Kyiv killed at least twenty-one people. A Center for Strategic and International Studies report estimates Russia has suffered one point four million battlefield casualties since the invasion began. President Zelensky announced a forty-day operation aimed at forcing Russia to negotiate, though diplomatic progress has stalled so far.
