The Centres for the Care of Sexual Violence, or CPVS, follow a simple principle: victims access everything they need in one location. A doctor, a forensic nurse, a psychologist, and a specialized police officer, all coordinated under one roof. The model emerged from a pilot in three hospitals, and strong initial results led Belgium's government to expand it nationwide in twenty twenty.
