A Reform UK-led council in Nottinghamshire approved a seventy-five thousand pound scheme to hang union flags at roughly one hundred eighty sites. The council promised the plan would be fully funded by business sponsors—not a penny from taxpayers. But according to The Guardian, the scheme has attracted no sponsors.
