SK Hynix considering 0.5% fee payout in ADR offering, Bloomberg News reports

According to Bloomberg News, South Korean semiconductor manufacturer SK Hynix is considering launching American Depositary Receipts — financial instruments that let US investors more easily trade its shares. The company is exploring a half-percent fee structure for the offering.
