NHS app to use AI to determine which service best for patients

According to BBC News, the updated health app will analyze a patient's needs and recommend whether they should see their general practitioner, visit urgent care, or seek emergency services. The rollout begins across England by April twenty twenty-eight. The health service says the system aims to reduce unnecessary emergency department visits and get patients faster care.
