Residents across more than fifty Australian Arcare aged care facilities are suing the company, alleging it illegally charged them daily fees for high teas and fitness classes they couldn't actually access due to mobility issues or cognitive impairment. According to The Guardian World, the fees were bundled into a 'signature package' and charged from July twenty twenty through twenty twenty-six, affecting residents across four states.
