Kyiv struck by second deadly Russian attack in less than a week

According to France 24, Russia has launched another deadly barrage of strikes on Kyiv, with Ukrainian authorities reporting at least fourteen people killed. The attack came just hours after President Volodymyr Zelensky warned that another strike was imminent. It's the second deadly assault on the capital in less than a week. A day earlier, on July 5th, the city of Zaporizhzhia was also hit. Moscow separately claimed to have captured the eastern town of Kostyantynivka, an assertion Kyiv has dismissed.
