OPEC+ raises output but cartel's future hangs in balance

According to France 24, a handful of OPEC+ countries have agreed to raise their output targets starting in August, even as the cartel fights for survival following the United Arab Emirates' departure. In other business news, a French company is tapping the Seine to cool down buildings across Paris, and Sky says it's buying ITV's broadcast channels and streaming service for one point six billion pounds.
