According to The Guardian, a graffiti artist triggered a Melbourne police standoff after climbing to the top of the Bolte Bridge's main pillar—one hundred twenty meters high—early Tuesday. Before emergency services arrived, the climber had posted a tax complaint on social media and refused to come down.
