Pam the Bird: arrest ends hours-long standoff after graffiti painted on Melbourne’s 120m Bolte Bridge tower

According to The Guardian World, a man has been arrested following an hours-long standoff on Melbourne's Bolte Bridge. He allegedly climbed to the top of a one hundred twenty-metre pillar and painted the "Pam the Bird" graffiti tag, then posted a tax complaint on social media and refused to come down. The incident brought traffic to a standstill before his eventual arrest.
