UK house prices rise for first time since start of Iran war

According to the Lloyds house price index, UK house prices rose for the first time in months. In June, the typical property cost two hundred ninety-nine thousand three hundred thirty pounds—a point-two percent increase from the prior month. Following a decline in May, annual growth ticked up to zero point six percent.
