According to Variety, French production company Autour de Minuit—the Oscar-winning team behind the animated short 'Logorama'—is backing Brazilian filmmaker Erick Ricco's stop-motion feature 'The March of the Sunflowers.' The company is joined by Spamflix, a rising force in Portuguese animation. The film is being showcased this week at the Bogotá Audiovisual Market, building on early industry buzz from the Animation festival.
