Prosecutors show video of Charlie Kirk’s killing on second day of hearing

According to The Guardian, prosecutors in Utah presented video evidence today on the second day of a preliminary hearing in the killing of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk. The footage, they said, shows the suspect, Tyler James Robinson, entering the Utah Valley University campus and climbing onto a roof, from which the state alleges he fired the fatal shot. The Utah county attorney's office contends the evidence is sufficient for the case to proceed to trial. The week-long hearing is meant to determine whether there is enough evidence for a state district judge to send the matter forward.
