France's Le Pen says still running for president, despite embezzlement conviction confirmed

According to France 24, France's far-right leader Marine Le Pen says she will still run for president next year, despite an appeals court confirming her embezzlement conviction. While upholding the conviction, the court reduced the period she'd be banned from holding office, paving the way for her presidential campaign.
