According to Variety, CBS's newest NCIS spinoff, 'NCIS: New York,' has its first cast members. Jennifer Beals of 'The L Word,' Jacqueline Byers from 'Dark Winds,' Shane Harper known for 'Good Luck Charlie,' and Devin Druid of 'Thirteen Reasons Why' are joining the latest entry in the NCIS franchise.
