Prosecutors say video shows suspect in Charlie Kirk killing climbing on to roof

According to The Guardian, prosecutors in Utah have laid out fresh evidence in the case against Tyler James Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative commentator Charlie Kirk. On the second day of a week-long preliminary hearing, the Utah county attorney's office played video that it says shows Robinson entering the Utah Valley University campus and climbing onto a roof, from where prosecutors allege he fired the fatal shot. The office says the evidence is sufficient for the case to proceed to trial. At this stage, the state must convince a district judge there is enough to move forward.
