ICE agent fatally shoots motorist during traffic stop in Houston

According to The Guardian, a federal immigration agent fatally shot a driver during a traffic stop in Houston on Tuesday morning. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says its agents stopped Lorenzo Salgado Araujo at around six fifty a.m. and tried to arrest him. The agency described him as a Mexican national it was seeking as part of what it called a targeted enforcement operation. His son says Salgado Araujo was looking to hire workers when he was killed.
