Boys reported over 'fight club' as SA Police consider new laws

According to ABC News (Australia), South Australia Police have reported two boys for allegedly fighting in a public place after videos of amateur children's "fight clubs" appeared online, and the state's police commissioner says new laws could be introduced to make such bouts harder to organise.
