He has pleaded not guilty. The court heard that his former personal assistant called him a rapist and punched him in the face shortly after he allegedly raped her at his home. His barrister, Dermot Dann, told the trial on Wednesday that the woman had significant issues with her credibility and reliability, including having previously made false allegations against police.
