Trump makes fresh Greenland demand and threatens trade with Spain at Nato meeting – Europe live

According to The Guardian, President Trump used a Nato summit to renew his push for the United States to take over Greenland, and told officials to cut all trade with Spain, saying he was unhappy with the alliance. During the same appearance he praised Turkey's president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and the country's military strength, and, unexpectedly, offered praise for China as well. Nato secretary general Mark Rutte closed the brief session by noting he would hold his own press conference if anyone was interested.
