Marine Le Pen launches France presidential campaign after court decision to shorten ban

According to The Guardian, France's far-right leader Marine Le Pen launched her twenty twenty-seven presidential campaign on Wednesday, after a court of appeal shortened the ban on her running for office. The same court upheld her conviction for embezzlement. Le Pen said it would be up to voters to decide her future.
