Treasury yet to do due diligence on finding extra money for UK’s Nato spend

According to The Guardian, the UK Treasury has conducted no financial analysis on how to meet its NATO commitment to spend three point five percent of GDP on defense. When questioned by lawmakers in a joint Treasury and defense committee session, chief secretary Lucy Rigby repeatedly suggested that the question of funding this additional defense spending would be the next prime minister's responsibility to solve.
