Oregon A.G. Seeks Delay of Paramount-Warner Bros. Merger, Suggests DOJ Approval Was ‘Corrupt’

According to Variety, Oregon's attorney general has asked a judge to delay the closing of the Paramount and Warner Brothers merger by sixty days. The office is investigating whether the deal violates antitrust law and has suggested the Department of Justice's approval may have been improper. A hearing on the motion is scheduled for Monday.
