‘Not discipline, but torment’: Accommodations manager pleads guilty to abusing 6-year-old boy

According to Channel NewsAsia, an accommodations manager for student housing has pleaded guilty to abusing a six-year-old boy, who suffered lung injuries, kidney failure and rib fractures and spent fifteen days in a children's intensive care unit.
