NATO summit ended 'on a more positive note than feared', former NATO security advisor says

NATO's summit wrapped up on a more optimistic note than anticipated, according to former NATO security adviser Jamie Shea. He says NATO 3.0 will be significantly more of a European operation and less reliant on American leadership. Shea notes that the United States will contribute less to collective defense than European allies historically depended on during the Cold War.
