A former U.S. Olympic canoeist has pleaded not guilty to damaging Washington's reflecting pool. David Hearn, a three-time Olympian, was indicted on charges of felony property destruction for allegedly damaging the pool's lining material during its fourteen point seven million dollar renovation. According to The Guardian, Hearn appeared in court this week to enter his plea after the incident in mid-June.
