‘It was back-to-back explosions’: Iranians recall 48 hours of terror after US attack on port cities

According to The Guardian, residents of southern Iran's coastal regions have described two nights of fear this week after the United States launched fresh strikes on the port cities of Bandar Abbas and Sirik. People in the affected communities spoke of back-to-back explosions and a sense of feeling abandoned. US Central Command confirmed the attacks, saying they were carried out to further degrade Iran's ability to threaten freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
