Doreen Lawrence will not foot any of legal bill for failed attempt to sue Daily Mail

According to The Guardian, Doreen Lawrence, the social justice campaigner and mother of murdered teenager Stephen Lawrence, will not pay any portion of the multimillion-pound legal bill from a failed lawsuit against the Daily Mail. Lawrence was one of seven claimants who lost their case alleging the Mail titles used unlawful newsgathering methods. Prince Harry, a co-claimant, has pledged to cover her legal costs.
