According to Meduza, President Volodymyr Zelensky said a Russian strike outside Kyiv killed nine people in the town of Vyshneve, which he stated held an ammunition depot belonging to the state defense conglomerate Ukroboronprom. Zelensky vowed firings at the company that owns the site.
