According to The Guardian, a judge is weighing whether the case against Tyler James Robinson, the man accused of fatally shooting activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University last year, will proceed to a murder trial. A five-day preliminary hearing wrapped up on Friday, and US district judge Tony Graf is expected to review the evidence from prosecutors and Robinson's defense over the coming weeks before issuing a ruling.
