The Trump administration has charged fifteen Minneapolis protesters with conspiracy following their opposition to immigration enforcement raids. The group, known as the Minnesota 15, pleaded not guilty. Emmett Doyle, a musician and carpenter among those indicted, recently performed an Irish protest ballad at a dive bar there, singing about being labeled a terrorist. According to The Guardian, the government alleges the protesters are domestic extremists—a claim their supporters strongly dispute.
