Cathy Payne to Lead Banijay’s Combined Distribution Arm Following All3Media Merger as Louise Pedersen Steps Down

According to Variety, Banijay Entertainment has completed an eight billion dollar merger with All3Media. Cathy Payne, currently CEO of Banijay Rights, will lead the newly combined global distribution business. The restructuring brings together Banijay Rights and All3Media International, while Louise Pedersen, CEO of All3Media International, steps down from her role.
