Russian gasoline is nearly 20% more expensive than a year ago and rose 6.88% in June 2026 alone as Ukrainian drone strikes choke supply

Russian consumer gasoline prices jumped six point eighty-eight percent in June, according to Rosstat data reported by Meduza. Over the past year, prices have climbed nearly twenty percent, as Ukrainian drone strikes have disrupted the country's fuel supply.
