NPR News reports that a man was fatally shot by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Houston after they attempted to pull him over. The outlet identifies him as Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a fifty-two-year-old Mexican national and father of three who had worked in construction for more than three decades.
