Houston mayor vows local investigation into ICE shooting but says feds aren’t sharing information

The Texas Tribune reports that Houston Mayor John Whitmire has vowed a local investigation into a shooting involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but says federal authorities aren't sharing information. As Whitmire tells it, the feds control the scene, the deceased, the van, and the witnesses — and so, he says, they control the investigation.
