TV presenter Dermot Murnaghan dies of prostate cancer, aged 68

The veteran British broadcaster Dermot Murnaghan has died at the age of sixty-eight. The Guardian reports that Murnaghan, a familiar presence on UK screens who worked for ITV, the BBC, and Sky News, died peacefully at home in London on Saturday after a period of illness with prostate cancer. He was also well known for hosting the quiz show Eggheads.
