Wildfires in Spain kills 12: 'We are not prepared enough'

One of Spain's deadliest wildfires has killed at least twelve people, with hundreds of firefighters backed by helicopters and aircraft struggling on Saturday to bring the blaze under control. France 24 reports that a climatology expert, Jean-Pascal Van Ypersele of the Université catholique de Louvain, warned that authorities are not prepared enough for the conditions now fueling such fires.
