Hunter Biden wins $1.7m in suit over Iran bribery claim by ex-CEO of Overstock.com

Hunter Biden won a defamation case against Patrick Byrne, the former Overstock.com CEO, with a judge awarding one point seven million dollars in punitive damages. Per The Guardian, Byrne claimed Biden sought a bribe from Iran in fall of twenty twenty-one to lobby his father to free eight billion dollars in Iranian assets. Biden sued Byrne in twenty twenty-three.
