Man dies after falling from Eleventh Night bonfire in east Belfast

A man has died after falling from an Eleventh Night bonfire in east Belfast, The Guardian reports. Police said Warren Lyttle, who was in his forties, died from his injuries following the incident on the Braniel estate on Friday night. Eleventh Night bonfires are lit annually across parts of Northern Ireland ahead of the Twelfth of July commemorations.
