Director Dan Trachtenberg is taking his talents to animation. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the filmmaker behind the recent Predator: Badlands will direct Freddy the 13th, a new animated feature from Paramount. The film, announced at the Annecy animation festival, is based on Yehudi Mercado's graphic novel about a family vacation gone wrong.
