Marco Bellocchio, Sally Wainwright Win Big at Italian Global Series Festival Which Celebrated ‘Star Trek’ and ‘Lost’ and Lamented Industry Crisis

Richard Gadd, creator of "Half Man," and Natasha Lyonne, known for "Poker Face" and "Russian Doll," were among the big winners at Italy's Global Series Festival, which wrapped July eleventh. Per Variety, Gadd took the Breakthrough Storyteller Award, Lyonne received the Maximo Excellence Award, and Marco Bellocchio and Sally Wainwright also won big. The festival celebrated classics like "Star Trek" and "Lost" while organizers warned about an industry-wide crisis in television.
