France 24 reports that Ukrainian drone strikes killed at least three people and wounded five others in Russia's Moscow region, according to regional governor Andrey Vorobyov, who announced the toll on Telegram on Monday. The outlet notes that Ukraine has been stepping up its attacks on Russian energy targets in response to Moscow's own barrages.
