'Coalition of the willing' meets in Paris to bolster war support to Ukraine

France 24 reports that Ukrainian drone strikes killed four people and wounded seven inside Russia on July 13th, with most of the casualties in the Moscow region. Kyiv has stepped up its strikes in answer to a wave of Russian barrages. The news comes as the so-called coalition of the willing, a grouping of Ukraine's allies, meets in Paris to shore up its support for the war effort.
