Record 128 migrants cross Channel in one boat, even as overall numbers drop

A small boat carrying one hundred twenty-eight people has reached the English coast in a new record-setting crossing, RFI reports. The single-vessel milestone comes even as overall numbers of attempted Channel crossings have dropped in recent months.
