A person was reportedly killed during an Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation in Biddeford, Maine, The Guardian reports. Maine House Speaker Ryan Fecteau says the individual was shot, and authorities are on the scene investigating. In separate news from Washington, President Trump has ordered all American flags lowered to half-staff until Saturday evening in honor of the late Republican senator Lindsey Graham.
