Two teens arrested after five members of family killed in Illinois shooting

Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with what police are calling a targeted mass shooting that killed five members of the same family and wounded two others in East St Louis, Illinois. The Guardian reports that the suspects, aged fifteen and sixteen, were taken into custody Sunday at Holten State Park, a recreation area east of the city. State police director Brendan Kelly said the pair had not immediately been formally charged.
